Understanding Risk
PreViser analytic reports give the clinician a scientifically validated risk score for periodontal disease, as well as oral cancer and caries. Effective treatment planning should include a consideration of the risk of disease to drive preventive interventions, as well as appropriate reparative interventions once the disease process is identifiable.
PreViser risk scores add the ‘third dimension’ to an understanding of patient needs, and differentiate between patients with the same current health/disease state, but who are at varying potentials that this state will deteriorate.
